あんぱんの元祖木村屋總本店とCOEDOのコラボレーションプロジェクト、第一弾。
COEDOの定番商品「白-Shiro-」、ビール仕込み時の副産物である麦芽粕、およびアロマホップを原材料の一部に使用した「グリッシーニ」です。
幾度とテストバッチを重ね、麦のコクや甘み、ホップ由来の香りと柔らかい苦味を特徴とした唯一無二のグリッシーニがようやく完成いたしました。
ブラックペッパーやチーズがアクセントとなり、ビールとの相性はピッタリです。
